Product Description
The W6300 is a WIZnet 10/100 MBit/s TOE (TCP Offload Engine) Ethernet chip that combines the high-speed ethernet performance with Dual IPv4/IPv6 Hardware stack. To support the Ethernet performance up to 80 Mbps, it supports a 150 MHz system clock and a QSPI interface (including 4 Data lines). The W6300 supports a total SRAM size of 64 kB for 8 sockets, where each has 4 kB TX/RX buffer by default.

- Supports auto negotiation (full/half duplex, 10 and 100-based)
