The WIZ630io is a compact Ethernet ioModule that combines the W6300 hardwired TCP/IP chip with built-in PHY and an integrated RJ45 MAG-JACK with transformer. Housed on a 29 × 23 mm PCB with 2 × 6 pin headers (2.54 mm pitch), it provides Ethernet networking for microcontrollers without external PHY or transformer circuitry. The W6300 implements a full hardware TCP/IP stack with IPv4/IPv6 dual stack support — covering TCP, UDP, ICMPv4/v6, ARP, NDP, IGMPv1/v2, MLDv1/v2 and PPPoE — with 8 independent hardware sockets and 64 kB total send/receive buffer. The module supports SPI and Quad-SPI host interfaces with system clocks up to 150 MHz, enabling Ethernet throughput beyond 80 Mbps. With an industrial operating temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C, the WIZ630io is suited for embedded networking, IoT gateways and industrial connectivity applications requiring sustained high Ethernet throughput.
