The WIZ630MJ is a plug-and-play Ethernet network offload module that combines the W6300 hardwired TCP/IP chip with built-in PHY and an integrated RJ45 MAG-JACK with transformer. Housed on a compact 52 × 25 mm PCB with two 2.54 mm 1 × 10 pin headers, it can be soldered or socketed into a host design with minimal additional circuitry. The W6300 implements a full hardware TCP/IP stack with IPv4/IPv6 dual stack support — covering TCP, UDP, ICMPv4/v6, ARP, NDP, IGMPv1/v2, MLDv1/v2 and PPPoE — with 8 independent hardware sockets and 64 kB total send/receive buffer. The module offers flexible host interfaces: high-speed Quad-SPI (also Dual and Single-SPI) up to 150 MHz / 80 Mbps+ throughput, or an 8-bit parallel bus with two address lines. The active host interface is selected on the module via on-board jumper. With an industrial operating temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C, the WIZ630MJ is suited for embedded networking, IoT gateways and industrial connectivity applications requiring sustained high Ethernet throughput.
